Gym: $70 per Hour | Community Room: $40 per Hour
*Events serving food & beverage may be subject to a security deposit and/or cleaning fee.
Payment Method: Check or Cash or Venmo. (Optional: Paypal - add 3.5% to the rental rate)
*Payment due in full prior to start of event
Details
- Renters agree to abide by terms of rental as set forth.
-Renter agrees to abide by posted gym rules.
-No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property.
-Music: Songs with explicit lyrics are not allowed. Volume must be kept to a level that does not resonate outside the building (includes bass).
-Rental is limited to use by contracting team or individual. Space may not be “loaned out” or sublet without prior written authorization from River Church.
-Renter must provide adequate adult supervision. Misuse of the facilities or lack of supervision can result in cancellation of future rentals.
-Renter is responsible for leaving the property clean following event.
-No person shall engage in the sale of merchandise or services without permission of River Church.
-Returned checks: A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks and rental reservation may be cancelled.
-If payment is not received on or before rental date/time, River Church reserves the right to cancel rental reservation.
-River Church reserves the right to cancel a reservation when necessary for other events. Credit will be given to the contracting team or individual to be used toward future facility use.
-In the case of inclement weather, availability is at the sole discretion of River Church.
-Failure to comply with stated policies may result in cancellation of event and/or future facility rental.
-Other guidelines and conditions apply to rental and usage of property, please communicate your intentions and specific usage when making inquiry.
*Group and individuals using the facilities hold harmless River Church. To the maximum extent permitted by law, renter agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless River Church, its appointed and elected officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against all loss or expense, including but not limited to judgments, settlements, attorney fees, and costs for bodily injury, death or property damage or loss, by reason of the acts of any and all agents and representatives, arising out of any act or omission under or in connection with the use of the facility.
